Bristol Drawing School is a not for profit private arts venue and education facility that aims to encourage and nurture the art of drawing, not only as an art form in its own right, but as an essential part of the creative process. They offer courses and workshops in drawing and related activities. Courses typically run for 10 weeks of 3 hour classes and cost around £180. Courses include: Life Drawing with Movement, Drawing Paint and Colour, and Experimental Drawing. There are classes for beginners and intermediates, and some of the life drawing classes are run on a drop-in basis (£10 per session, £8 concessions). Bristol Drawing School also run one, two and three-day workshops on topics such as Anatomy Drawing, Botanical Drawing, Portrait Drawing and Illustrative Life Drawing. These workshops vary in price from £40 to £210, depending on duration.
